VGA grading question

So I have a sealed N64 Ocarina of Time and I am looking to get it graded.  I went to the site and was bombarded with charts on pricing tiers.  After reading everything through it seems I would just need the standard grading at under a $400 dollar value?  so this:

Express V-S-2
$37 So I fill out the forms and place them into a shipping box with the game and payment.  Then it comes back graded in one of those acrylic cases?

Anyways if someone who has done this process before could shed some light on the whole situation it would be great.

you've got it correct Just got confirmation on mine today and that is all I did. Maybe double box the game

Whenever I send in my high dollar games, I usually place them in some type of protective case, then place in a small box which is placed in a bigger box to prevent damage. VGA, when the grading is completed will send your protective case back to you with your game. Also, when you fill out the form, on the last page there is an area for "notes". I usually write any directions here - such as "leave the hangtab in the up position" or "cardboard hangtab box" etc....
