I've heard that M.U.L.E. is really fun, but I haven't sat down and played it yet.
If you're playing by yourself, it's not quite as good as its original release for the Atari 8-bit computer as the computer AI has taken a bit of a hit (according to my uncle who's played more hours of M.U.L.E. than I've been alive). I think there may be more differences than that, too, but I don't know what they are.
I know it makes a fantastic 4-player game, though, especially when everyone is trying to bid for the same plots of land.
What's the history behind the Satellite and Four Score anyway? I see that they have similar NES-xxx model numbers. Does that imply that the Four Score replaced the Satellite in stores at some point in time?
They're pretty much the same piece, except the Satellite is wireless. NES-era wireless technology wasn't the greatest though, so I stick to the 4-Score.

Yeah, I tried two different Satellites, and noticed a tangible delay between button presses and game response -- though others tell me they've never had a problem.

I don't find it bad at all myself. In fact I used to use the Satellite for the purpose of making all my controllers wireless, since my TV used to be so far away from my couch. If I recall, I beat Metal Gear that way. My only real complaint would the required batteries
Sorry to bump such an old thread... I was looking into some 4 player SNES games.
Figured I'd search via the database on here at NA, it worked fine for searching for NES 4 player games, but no results came up for when I searched for SNES? Maybe I did something wrong in the search?
I've looking online for lists in the past for 4 player SNES games, and some of the lists online are incomplete, or list games that aren't 4 player? Very odd. One example of this is NHL 94 (SNES) is 4 player, yet NHL 96 isn't ? (most lists list all the NHL's as 4 player, but I've tried 96, and it doesn't work.. NBA Live 96 is 4 player however)..
Just figured I'd see what I'm doing wrong in my search, or if anybody had a 'proper' "SNES 4 Player Game list"
As for confirmed 4 Player SNES games, I have played NBA Live 96, NHL 94, NBA Jam: TE and BomberMan 2 (SNES) with my multitap.. I can confirm those are indeed 4 player...
There's a good list of the supported games here. But as far as the NA DB is concerned, the same issue happens for me.
Thanks, although that list is a bit off.. Some games are listed on there that I (personally) have tried and aren't 4 player.. Like for instance, a lot of the NHL series from EA Sports. I know NHL 94 is 4 Player, yet I know 96 isn't...
I just figured I'd pose the question, to see if anybody (or NA) had a confirmed 4-Player list....

?? Anybody know what I'm doing wrong when I search NA, and narrow my search to SNES and 4-Player simultaneous, and I'm not getting any results?
