I'm one of the new guys
I'm a long time collector of action figures and animation cells, and ran into a vintage video game shop a few months back. The rest is history.
Long story short, the modern games and toys bore me and these old 8 and 16 bit games are still some of the best. I've been having a blast playing some of my old favorites, but I'm also uncovering some of the hidden treasures. It's overall a pretty affordable hobby compared to the action figure/animation cel market.
One question I have, is how bad are the glitches on Mr. Gimmick? I have a US top loader, and that game just looks great. Also, how can I get a copy of Recca along with a convertor to play it? Thanks again for having me guys.
BTW, I was introduced by jjaammeessnneess

when i play gimmick on NTSC, it has some pretty annoying graphical glitches. however, i can still play. i'm sure someone else can give you a better answer.
about Recca, a repro would probably be the easiest solution (you can get one at gamereproductions.com or nesreproductions.com)
