Thought I'd Introduce myself
Hey all,
(This is what was cut off for some reason)
Just thought I'd make an introductory post. As you can tell by my account info, I signed up back in 2008. I can't remember where I got the link (it may have been on the Benheck forums), but I basically signed up for the awesome ezine. After reading the ezine for a couple of years, it struck me, these guys/gals are awesome why don't I ever peruse these forums?
So that's the story, and now I'm addicted. I'm Canadian, 23 years old (24 in Feb), married for 1 1/2 years, and I have a 6mth old son. As far as collecting is concerned, I don't have much, and half of the stuff actually belongs to my wife. I would love to start work on a complete loose cart collection, but I'm finding kids/wives/mortgages take a lot of priority. It's also hard to justify when my wife when bought me a powerpak about a year ago.
I'm chipping away at a CS degree while working full-time and dream of working on some NES homebrew one day. I really enjoy the positive vibe here (very sick of the negativity/immaturity on Benheck these days) and I plan on sticking around!
Cheers NAgers, and keep doin' what you are doin'

Hey back at you.
...............welcome.
Welcome into the light from the depths of the shadows. We need more Canadians on the site
I'm assuming this has nothing to do with Canada, and everything to do with Canadian variants?

No, we absolutely do not.
I'm a 23 year old Canadian... getting my CS degree... who collects NES... also.
Why are there so many damn canooks on this forum? I swear I have never been to a more maple leaf hugging forum in my life. Theres like 1 Canadian here for every Joel dedication.
We have to do something in our igloos, and the newest technology that has reached us is the NES.
