Hey there, folks!
My name's Larry, and while I was darned-near a passer-by on the site, one posting here has turned me into a huge fan; it seems like there are some great (and fun) people here.
Systems I have and always have interest in are the 360, Wii, PSP, DS, PS2, Gamecube, GBA, N64, PSX, GBC, SNES, Genesis, GB, and NES. Of those, my favorites are my DS and SNES.
Of games, I'm a huge fan of RPGs. My favorite series are Dragon Quest (far and away) and Disgaea. I like Final Fantasy, but believe that it peaked as a series with FF VI, and feel that it's going in the wrong direction. How appealing other genres are to me is on a game-by-game basis.
I also collect the hades out of Moogle (from Final Fantasy) merchandise (always paying very well for certain moogle plush!).
That's about all I've got. Sorry to talk about myself so much, but I think that was the purpose of this area, right?

The posting was actually my own (trying to get a SNES Mini console), and what pulled me in was the way several posters seemed to legitimately care about me landing one. It's pretty cool, and I figure that kind of fraternal behavior is something that'd be cool to be part of.
For the record, it was possibly two or three posts before I had the avatar.
