Factory Sealed Gameboy Color Game...

Picked this up off a co-workers son who didn't want it. How could I reject a factory sealed game for nothing?

I'm not too sure about GBC factory seals, but this one looks like it's a re-seal to me, but everything looks perfect behind the seal.
