I made a recent deal with a board member, the deal is going a little south and what would be
appropriate action if it's not resolved?  I'm currently waiting for their sellers response, I was
a buyer.

If I had a nickel for everytime someone PMed me asking me to hold a game and then never follow through, or PMed me with an offer and then never respond back, I'd have at least a dollar.

Quite frankly I don't even remember who half of them were but it isn't worth calling them out on. People change minds or spend money elsewhere and then forget about other trades or deals that they committed to.

Once money is exchanged and then they back out... that's another story.
  • money was exchanged  and I've never had anyone back out of a trade or cash deal on these boards.

  • How long has it been? I had a couple deals where it took a week or two for the other party to ship out before.
  • Its been less than a month since he joined 2/12/10.
  • I received the items but not in condition as described, also missing a manual and the response was like oh well attitude and no follow up. Expensive games, over $100
  • Did you ask for pictures ahead of time? Rule #1 when buying anything expensive is to always ask for pictures.
  • yes, but photos don't show everything. and what do photos have to do with items not received?

Definately a good practice.  But even without pictures, a missing manual is a missing manual.
