The Lion King? Probably not much more than a sports proto would be worth, given that one's lack of demand...$75-$100, I think, maybe more if there's quite a bit of difference between it and the released version.

FINAL UPDATE: It is definitely a Famicom Network PCB and thus it is not a prototype of any kind. I cracked one open and photographed its guts, which also bear the 1993 copyright date.
