Service Center Sexy Paper find

So I recently found this ebay number listed: 180477454754. I noticed it had a zbag (which I needed, but wasnt going to buy just for that) and then...after a little more reading and staring, I noticed the paperwork in the pic. 

I immediately asked him if he would do a BIN, and he quickly replied and agreed to $35+shipping. Once added, I hit it immediately. 

I figured I can resell the system and 2 controllers for the price i got it for, so the bag and this stuff was free.

I messaged a few members, and they waned me to post pics image So here ya go!

    I'll have to double-check exactly what it was, but I think it might have been. IIRC, I paid $.50 for it too!

    Ok, I checked mine and it is the same thing, minus the cleaning kit piece (it does have the paper and baggie for it though). Mine also has a service receipt for $30 to repair the console.
