A Solution For Peeling Round Seal?

As the title says, I need a solution for a peeling round seal. I was looking to buy a sealed Gamecube on eBay, but one of the round seals on the box is peeling. Is there anyway to reinforce it to get it on there and not look like it has been tampered with? The actual box has never been open, just one of its two round seals is peeling. Any help or solution to this is appreciated.

  • This falls under the category of restoration.

As a general rule, restored collectibles are worth only a fraction of their former selves' value.

One exception is for fine art. A sealed GameCube is not fine art image
  • Oh, well the whole thing with this is I actually wanted to have the system bundle complete and there are only two that are currently on eBay. It's the Pokemon XD one, the one that is "sealed" with the peeling seal is $199 or best offer (if I decide to go with this, definitely going lower). The other one is open for an opening bid of $49, but the box has a pretty big tear where it says "Nintendo Gamecube" on the box and another, not as big, tear towards the front. I'm more case sensitive than anything. With the condition the "sealed" one is in, peeling label, minor shelf wear, etc., what would be a good price to offer? I know this would belong under "Price Check", just saving myself a thread image.
