Auction on Ebay of mine

So I had an auction on E-bay that sold to a international buyer. My ad clearly stated U.S. shipping only. Am I obligated to ship the item to the destination (auction winner has paid after I sent a message saying U.S. shipping only.)   Hmmmmmm

    Retract his bids and refund his payment. It's one thing if he asked beforehand, but you're under no obligation if you clearly stated no non-US bids. It would default to the runner-up. I'd also take the step of banning the user from bidding on your future auctions, as he clearly can't read.

    hmmm I would ask ebay. They usually respond pretty quick. In the future, there is a spot on the auction page that allows only US bidders to bid.

    talked to Ebay I don't have to ship outside of the U.S. since the auction stated us shipping only. lock it up!
