they were talking about how collecting games can be a slippery slope in terms of spending, then they talk about visiting Jason's (DreamTR) apt and seeing "almost every video game for every system, ever, along with hundreds of prototypes".  And that made them feel "normal" again. lol

with Retrozone they just mention about the retroport adaptors for the Wii real fast.
  • Hope they mention www.retrousb.com instead of retrozone.com, because the latter is an HVAC company image

yea I forgot to add that they were blown away by the sealed NES collection.  And yes, I do believe they said retrousb.com.

  • Shane went to my apartment when I lived in Los Angeles many years ago, I don't even think he worked for even EGM back then or he had just started, but I met him through tsr (Kevin Gifford) a very, very long time ago...I had a LOT of sealed NES games back in the day, but I did not have a complete collection, it was mostly boxed, a lot of sealed, and some loose, but I had a complete collection of NES USA games at the time (I completed them in 1999 or so) but definitely not all CIB and not sealed...at the time I had 200-250 of them sealed I believe...
  • Very cool. I'm looking forward to giving it a listen once I get home.
  • interesting podcast, some poor "facts" though...
  • I just recorded the next episode of Retronauts last night, I had a roundtable interview with three programmers who worked at Tengen. I'll let you know when it's live, should be today.
