What is the proper (or preferred) way to get missing games added to the DB?

I was wondering if there was a submission process, or if there's a better way than posting individual topics when you encounter a game that is not in the database.

Also, if you have a collection created, and a new item is added to the DB, I suspect that it would not work to have people's collections automatically update with the new blank entries, but is there a way to tell which games in a collection are missing?   

For the record, the game I came across is a GBA game.   
Paws & Claws: Pet Vet.  code: AGB-BQVE-USA   and according to the sticker on the seal, it is a Target exclusive.

    Actual answer: Dain has a few databaselackeys in his employ -- but there are plans to make submissions like this a much larger affair. I'm sure he will chime in...but there's a lot of info we're missing and we may have a tool to let the whole community help update things before too long.
