New Online Video Game Store Website!
Okay so I have officially decided that this summer I will be starting a video game store. It will be web based and I want it to be the best! So what I need from you is some suggestions! I am an avid online buyer and want a lot from stores. But I want to make a store that all collectors and gamers will like! I am not sure on all the details, but when the time nears I will update everyone!
So comment below on what you would like to see from an Online Video Game Store!
Just so you can have something to look forward to, I have some guidelines for when I make my store:
ALL items will have both high-res pictures and detailed descriptions!
Items that are fragile will ship in hard study boxes and will cost EXACT shipping costs!
Hundreds of items, so you have a wide selection, and I will always try to keep the games moving so every week new things will be added!
Great Communication meaning I will respond within hours and always will work with the buyers if any problems arise!
Customer Appreciation!! Meaning Giveaway's for my valued customers!
And More.....!!!!
So anyways my goal is to get the site up and running by late June. Thanks for your comments!!!

Nice. I think the last time you talked about it you said you will put your collection as store inventory first. So everything you have gotten on NA for a good deal will be in your store for a BIN price?
No. I will be starting my inventory with 75% of my collection. I plan to get inventory through bulk purchases. The majority of the items I have gotten are games that I want and will stay in my personal collection. I also have amassed 95% of my collection off of NA, so I don't think there would be much of a problem. I also plan to pass the savings that I get on to others. I don't believe that I should automatically price a game for what it is worth, but rather charge a little more than I bought it for.
How do you intend to get stock?
Through Bulk purchases and through searching (ex. Ebay, Amazon, My Area,...)

What did he get on here at good deals? His bounties for all of his items were usually above market value, and not to mention he usually beat out the rest of the competition in auction.
Good luck with your store, but it is going to be one hell of a project if you take high res photos of all your stock. Hopefully it doesn't burn you out.

Don't worry I won't get burned out!
Hmmm...whereabouts are you in Ohio? Would local pickup be possible? Just curious.
Columbus area. Yes local pickup is okay with me!

Cool - me too. I usually don't meet many other collectors around town; I only know a handful. There's a dude out in Reynoldsburg that has a hella huge NES collection in his store. I go there all the time.
What kind of stuff do you have for sale? Also, the Columbus Ohio Retro Gaming Society (CORGS) is having a convention/swap meet next month, on the slim chance you haven't heard. Maybe you could sell there; I'm sure tables are still available.
When You sell mint cib games valued at $150, will you be shipping them in unpadded envelopes like you did to me?
"That's the primitive way to ship games!"

Yep I have never been to it. I plan on going, but want to check it out before I start selling there. Maybe we could meet up?
