He wants $400 for it...is it worth it? I am assuming everything works great...I know..make sure there are keys to it and such...but I have not seen this sit down system before.
Already e-mailed him, but was wondering what a good counter offer would be without insulting him.

I'd be happy getting it for $300, and I wouldn't pay $400 unless it was really nice/no broken parts.

i would be happy around 300-350 depending on condition

I've seen fully working Red Tents sell for $50 and I've seen them sell for $600. I'd be happy with $300 for a nice one. The posting has been removed so hopefully that's a good sign for you.
