OMG NINTEDNO 64!!!! FOR 10 BUCKS!
holly shit i feel like the N64 kid right now!
after some sniffing around a value village in my area i came across an n64 w/o the power pak or av cables or jumper pak for 10 bucks which wasn't that bad because i had the power pak at home. and the jumper pak and cables set me back only 10 bucks so in all i think i made one hell of a find.

is that good? theres about 3 different ads selling n64 systems and games, the cheapest being for $15. i thought n64's went for scrap?
n64 systems are pretty hard to sell, the controllers are worth more.

this is what I see as well. An original Nintendo N64 controller with a solid joystick sells for the same as a console. The controller is worth more then a console if its colored in most cases.
Congrats man. Also, is "value village" like a flea market or somethin?
It's the Canadian version of Goodwill.

pretty sure it's not affiliated with goodwill... but maybe you were just saying it's LIKE goodwill, which it is.
also, if you ever come across a savers, that's part of the value village chain. here in az, they are called savers.
Seems like a fair shake to me, what's ten dollars anyway? I wish my Goodwill had anything decent, I check there all the time and I've yet to find VG related stuff.
Same here. Are all Goodwills in California like this?

I live in California & my Goodwill's have been good (not all of them just a few). That's where I picked up Mega Man 6 that I posted in the small scores thread.

that's a nice find, man. it's the only one from the series i haven't played through and don't have. i'm guessing you payed 2-4 bucks and it usually goes for at least 20 on amazon.

For the most part it seems they are. Whenever one has something its always a NES open golf or Duck Hunt for $10.
