I got some free stuff today

I went video game hunting today, and today I went to BuyBack. Look around for awhile and I saw Independence Day for the saturn for 10 dollars but befor I bought that. This guy comes into the store selling off all his NES stuff. However the store bought all his games from him but they wouldn't take his NES system, NES Advantage, or his Game Genie. The reason they wouldn't take it because The NES System didn't have the hook ups, they have no way test the NES Advantage and the Game Genie didn't come with the Book (I think that stupid). Sense they wouldn't take em. The guy went up to me and said do you this NES Advantage and Game Genie. I told him I didn't have any cash on me. Which was true because I use my debit card to pay for stuff. Then he said that find because I dont want this stuff no more. He also told me that he was going to download all the nes games into his WII. So I Said OK and Thank You. I also bought 2 of the games that sold to the store for 18 $ (Rambo and Contra).

  • Gotta love free stuff. Buy Backs is a hit or miss with the ones I travel to. They have some of the highest prices on NES, SNES and N64 games. They had a Space Station Silicon Valley for $109 and I'm having trouble selling mine for $10.

However, they practically give away PS1 games. image

I haven't seen long box PS1 games at Buy Backs.  I do know of a place that had a few of them.  I think one of the games was Wipeout.

I used to own the long box (clear plastic) of Shockwave Assault for the PS1.  I sold it long ago before I started collecting.

  • Free stuff is always better than penny stuff anyday! Good find.

what city are you in?  I know where to get Saturn games.  There are some hidden gem stores here in NE Ohio so if your close Ill share the secrets.  Im only missing 1 Saturn game from an entire set anyways and it just never even pops up for sale.
  • I like Free Stuff
  • Nice score. I never go into the buybacks near me due to their insane prices.
