My first garage sale find

Hello, I found a complete in box copy of SIM City 2000, and while this may be not NES or SNES I find this to be a great deal for only $1. It came with the warranty card, catalogs, and some crazy floppy disk (not the diskette kind, the REALLY floppy kind). All original from 1993. I don't know how much this is worth but I thought that finding this for $1 is quite the deal nonetheless.

  • I'd estimate it's worth around $10. It's still a good find, especially complete. The eBay listings may or may not be complete.
  • Still a kick ass game in my opinion
  • What a great game.
  • Do I detect sarcasm?
  • hopefully you have a floppy disk drive to play it haha. My computers dont have them anymore.
  • This was one of the PC titles I owned growing up, it was "revolutionary" at the time. I couldn't believe all of the stuff they jam packed into this game.

I still do not have Sim City 2000 CIB for SNES though, it is the last "Sim" I need to complete the subset. (Own Sim City, Sim Earth and Sim Ant). It isn't even that expensive for SNES but I'm just trying to find a Mint one for under $15.
  • nice, I still have about 20 maybe 30 old computer games complete in box stored at my grandmothers place. Basically the most popular ones from the 90s and early 2000s.

Seem it is more labor than fruit to sell them now

My plan is to just keep them there for another 20-30 years or so and then maybe they will be worth something. Maybe not.
