If you're still updating, my NES is N8736919; it was a gift for Christmas (I presume 1988) and it's been with the family since then. It is a Canadian model, part of an Action Set with the grey zapper, and it was purchased somewhere in the Greater Montreal area.
Here is mine. Test Market Pre Deluxe set complete in box. Serial number N0058351. Not sure of the board revision because it's so crispy new that I don't want to open it. Based on the low serial number, I would assume it is NES-CPU-01
No idea on board revisions and I honestly don't want to open any of these up again.
Personal unit: N29678286. I think I bought this at Funcoland a year after trading away my original NES. Would have been mid-90s.
Spare unit: N29236530. Gift from an aunt who just had it lying around the house a couple of years ago. Thanks aunt! :-)
Test unit: N15464493. A really, really beat up orphan that occasionally needs TLC and is too ugly to be sold or traded, but works reliably enough that I keep it in my workshop as a test unit.
Beat up systems I've put a little work into and am selling on Ebay.

I sold one recently that I want to say was N1002622.
Picked up a NES recently at an estate sale because it had a ROB and grey zapper in good condition. Guy running the sale noted that the unit had a low production number, which didn't really mean anything to me until i started looking online to see if that had any significance and stumbled on this forum. Thought y'll might find it interesting.
No outer box, but the parts mostly in great shape, hardly looks used at all. ROB and the gyro spinner had 30 yr old corroded batteries left in them, still need to clean those up and see if/how they work, but the two games are near mint complete in box - including the plastic bag around the cartridge and the folded up poster promoting the rest of the launch lineup.
Now trying to decide if I keep it for my collection, or put up for sale...
My wifey bought this for me as an anniversary gift. I'm trying to see if I can find more information about it. She purchased it from Ebay in January of 2018. Will update with anything I find out.

Here is my fresh fleabay score: NES-101 Serial NN10000058(0). Have we decided if the last shaded number is part of the production count ?
Nice find! This would be system #58 off the assembly line. The last digit (0) is a check number for Nintendo for quality control.
