Nice CL Sega find
(I hate to jinx myself...but this score below is just a mere tiny appetizer for what I (hopefully) have coming tomorrow. The lady says its a done deal and I can pick it up tomorrow...but I never count my chickens until they're in my hands! This will be the score of a lifetime. Seriously...eZine material. Anyway, back to today's real score that I have in my hands...)
So, doing my typical lunch-time CL check...see a new post for a PSP for $25. I'm all over this because I wanted one cheap since I travel so much...handheld gaming is the only way I can deal with regular air travel.
I call the guy, he says it's still available, but the screen has a small crack and the charger doesn't work all the time. I say that's fine...I'm still in if it works and holds a charge. He says he'll drop the price to $15 due to this. WIN! Oh, and it came with a Mega Man game, too. SWEET! (works just fine, btw)
He says he hates to sell it so cheap but he's really hurting for money....I say "Well bro - if you need some cash, do you have any other old video game stuff? I'm a collector, you know."
He tells me he has about 30 N64 games and about 30 Genesis games. I act interested, even though these usually end up being 95% sports games (blahhhhh). Show up, the dude has the PSP ready to go for me to show me it works, and a big plastic tub full of....
