Yard Sale Freebie
At a yard sale this morning looking for some games. This sale had a sega w/o wires and a few controllers. Buried beneath the rubble that was a mound of wires/controllers, was a nice, decent conditioned Contra box!. I was pretty pumped thinking I'd get a cib Contra, but the game wasn't in there.
Everything else was though, the game sleeve, the manual, the Styrofoam and other inserts. I asked the guy if he had the game. He said he didn't and that he was meaning to throw the box out. So I said I'll take it if you are just going to throw it out and he hooked me up with a nice little freebie.

Very lucky, I've had absolutely no luck recently. Today I was out looking for sales for over 4 hours, and only walked out with Guitar Hero 3 for the PS3 for 50 cents.
Still though any PS3 game for .50 is a very good deal.
Nice score on the box btw.
