What do you guys think of this lot?
I got all of the following from a craigslist ad for $50:
"NES Consoles":
2 knockoff Yobo/Family Boy NES systems. The ad said NES, but it turned out to be these crappy things. One works, one doesn't. Came with the cords and 4 (horrible) controllers.
NES Games:
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles w/manual
Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt w/manual
Super Mario Bros 2 w/manual
Super Mario Bros 3 w/manual
Baseball Stars II w/manual
Zelda 1 w/map and manual
Zelda II: Adventure of Link w/manual
Ironsword
Duck Tales (too bad it wasn't Duck Tales 2!)
Tetris
Dr. Mario
TMNT Arcade loose manual
*Condition: All carts are in good shape and work well. A few manuals are in good shape, Marios and Zeldas have pen/pencil and are obviously very used.
SNES Console with all hookups and 2 used controllers. The controllers do work, but some buttons require a bit of effort to push. The console itself works fine, although the bottom is very yellowed.
SNES Games:
Super Mario World w/manual
Super Mario All Stars
Super Mario Kart
Ken Griffey Baseball w/manual
Madden '96 w/manual
College Slam
NBA Jam w/manual
Stanley Cup
Street Fighter II Turbo
*Condition: All carts work, though most are a bit dirty. The labels are okay, but the plastic will need a bit of cleaning. The manuals are all in great condition.
Sega Genesis Console (Model 2) w/cords
2 Controllers
Genesis Games:
Sonic The Hedgehog
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (these things are so common. I now have 6 of them)
Sonic Spinball
The Lion King
*All of the Genesis games are loose, except for The Lion King which has a below average box.
Grey (Black) N64 Console with cords and Expansion Pak.
2 N64 Controllers
Turok II - Seeds of Evil
Lego Racers
Quake (CIB)
Quake 2 (CIB)
All cartridges look great and the labels are good. I haven't tested them yet, but I assume they do work. The Quake games' boxes hold their shape well, and the Quake 2 box is nearly new. It still has the factory wrap on the outside, but the owner only opened it on one side. The controllers are like new - the thumbsticks stay put.
I also got the Nintendo Power SMB3 Player's Guide, in HORRIBLE condition. Honestly, I've never seen a guide in this bad of shape. It's help together with several types of tape and Band-Aids. I also got the "Mario Mania" guide, which is nice. It's in better condition, but still nothing to brag about.
