its about a VGA 55 or 60 I'm guessing, but for 55 bucks I had to BIN.  There are only a couple sealed known in the world right?

Just got it in a bubble mailer from Canada and it's a little prettier than the pic.  I had tried to offer like 30 for an hour, then Qixmaster told me to pull the trigger.

    I've got to show my ignorance here because I didn't realize that sealed Winter Games commanded a premium.  It's such a common game, how is it that there are so few sealed copies?  Was it a loose pack-in game at some point?

    I think its just uncommon sealed for whatever reason.

    Noone would really know or pay attention except that it was one of the last 9? sealed games Bronty needed, so people took notice its rarity in sealed form.

    As a game itself, its not rare or anything special.

    seems like there was some sort of mass rewrap, maybe at the manufacturer or distributor level.   "flatback" copies are out there but ones with the actual seam are legitimately rare.

    personally, i think this box is a bitch to find! ive only ever had 2 of them! no clue about sealed, but i would assume it is rare just for the fact that i never come across the box!

    There are quite a few cib's on ebay right now, so the box doesn't seem to be that rare. i don't know alot about sealed games or keep up with them so i have no idea on that.

    I picked this up sealed from the rental store in town for $5 dollars in May. I didnt know this went for so much.



    I still have this and Skull and Cross Bones sealed in my closet.

    the box isnt rare... it just was a bitch for me to find! hell, ive been through thousands of boxes, and i still have never received a few of the very common ones! it definitely isnt worth much money, but i guess it is worth more sealed... especially if it is not the rev-a version.

    yeah but check your copy.   chances are it doesn't have the h-seam

    I guess this is just one of those games that sealed collectors will appreciate the most. Apparently, it's a game that's relatively easy to find CIB, but rather difficult to find sealed (and in this case, H-seam sealed). I can think of at least a couple other games that are also relatively easy to find CIB, but really hard to find sealed.

    wow, no it sure didn't. the damn seller is called USgaming and has american flags everywhere. no idea how i got canada in my head.
