  • Damn, that is sweet. I really want a Snap station. I love Pokemon... If I still lived in the area and I saw that I would have been all over it.
  • Yep it is pretty sweet!
  • BTW I figured out the kiosk game time out deal. Its a pretty simple solution that doesnt require modifying or damaging any original parts.
  • New finds today, Most of this was Goodwill and one pawnshop stop and a Game store.

The Supaboy was not apart of the finds, I was testing the SNES carts I picked up.

Anyway a decent little haul, have about 60 into this.

  • don't pay an extreme price

just got the ac adaptor from this guy works like a top

  • Nice to know, I made my own from scratch with DIY parts from an Electronics hobby store.

  • Game Cube Zelda Collections 1 and 2, The 4 in one was 4.99 (today) at Pawn Xchange and the still (sealed) 2 in 1 was 2.99 at a Thrift Store (I got this about 2 months ago)

Not a bad stop on the way home, Final Fantasy Chronicals and House of the Dead III were cheap enough to warrent me buying them.

The best purchase of all was the Surf Ninja's for the Game Gear! (too rare to be in the photo!)

  • Sweet stuff man. How ya liking the Supaboy?
  • So far I have yet to see a game not work with it, it does have a small little whine to it at high volume but it doesnt bother me. I think for the price that I paid its a pretty cool on the go SNES cart tester.
  • Today's Value Village Pillage!

Everything you see but the PSP (20.00) Mario's Missing,Indiana Jones Last Crusade and the N64 titles were found at VV.

The Boxed NES games was a hell of a find, the two Flight games are 100% complete with the little baggies over the games, The Canadian duck hunt is complete and a hang tag box to boot. The others are just cart and box.

Not a bad haul and probably the best one I have gotten out of a Value Village in years, they had a ton of other common nes loose and other things but I snagged all the boxed stuff.

The boxed games the lolo, three stooges and Marios Missing will be for sale or trade!

    Enjoy!

  • That's a very cool haul from a Village of Value!

I wish I could find cool stuff like that.
  • Yes it was, not as cool as some of the stuff here like a carrying case and a super mario bros combo cart for 20.00 bucks!
  • Super AMAZING FARM FRESH and WILD FINDS!

Madmax and I Traveled to Bellingham today, not alot to find but I did manage to score some collection pieces for my NES and N64 sets.

86.00 bucks spend on all of it, I think I made out alright.

Gyromite has a converter in it not bad for a buck.

  • Cool stuff!
  • Maybe I will post unpictures and be like look at all the cool shit I found!
  • Very cool! I used to live up in Bellingham!

As a kid, Surf Ninjas was my favorite movie, haha.
  • Today's little treasure hunt in southern Washington had some very good finds!

  • Can finally cross off DW4 off the list, and cheap too!

  • Nice find, I have never found any of the DW games in the wild. Maybe this will be my year, but with the amount of resellers that have poped up in my county in the last years good finds in the wild are dissapearing fast!

I totally feel you on that!  When I started doing this back in the mid to late 90's everytime I went out it was like I was hitting the mother load on games.

Fast forward a few years when I moved to WA state Madmax and I used to go out almost daily and would probably travel around 150 miles or so and find all kinds of cool stuff, got to the point that the merchants at the Thrift stores and pawn shops ect ect knew us by name.

Today up here in the greater northwest the competition is rough EVERYONE is game hunting trying to find old school retro stuff to resell or collect. Those boxed NES games a few posts up I had a guy ask me "Are you going to buy those?" a couple of times,  Its crazy up n here!

  • Got some goodies from our friends up north!

Most noticable is the Action 52 that I got a very nice deal on.

And the Retro City Rampage Cart and Box with Rental Instuction slip pretty sweel little package for a great team of guy's working on a VERY cool project!

I would also like to send a shot out to the folks running Gamedeals Video Games they were top notch and helped hook a local up with a pass to a sold out event again thank you!!

And winroba for being a cool guy and hooking me up with some deals on some Color Dream and AVE games!

    Enjoy!

  • Wow retro city rampage, though that was only some console download game. That's cool to see that.
  • It is, the cart is a dummy cart with their retro lable on it. They made a few of these for the show and for 30.00 bucks you get the box, instruction rental deal and the cart with all their signatures. For 50 you get all the above + a vinal record with a very cool sleeve.

I got one of the last ones. I have no problems dropping coin to help coders and indi game designers like myself this Retro City Rampage is going to be off the hook!

Abobos Big Adventure is another one. I still want a Battle Kid 1 and 2 cart as well!
  • Sometimes finding gems in a store is nice, even better when they are priced low.
