Brand new

Excellent condtion, the box has no tears and has original price sticker and security tag on it. The Action Set has never been opened/used and has all original packaging, making it an ideal gift/purchase for any collector.

Valued at over a $1000, starting bid $600.

    I was thinking the same thing. Is this supposed to be in the Buy, Sell, Trade section?

    Really...? I think it would be best for you to become an established member before auctioning off such a pricey item. Post some more, have a couple transactions, etc. I don't see anyone bidding on this.

    ^ That's what I was thinking. Close up pictures of the twist ties and smoothness of the plastic wrappers is what would be needed I believe.

    That's definately not new. The contents are out of order and it looks to me as though they have all been removed and replaced in the bags. Pretty shady.

    Actually nothing shady is going on here. I BELIEVE this NES system is brand new. I am looking to sell it and thought I might have some luck here. I will try to get better photos to clear up any issues, as I realize they are not the best. My apologies to the nonbelievers.

    Yea, lets get some hi-res pictures and closeups. You don't need to apologize to anyone, like you said, you believe it is 100% unused and unopened. It's our job, not yours to tell if something is original or not.
