I don't hear about this variant much, but that's probably because 1. It's a back label and 2. It's unlicensed. I'm pretty sure that the general consensus is that Pac-Man, RBI Baseball and Gauntlet are the three games that were made with this back (please correct me if I'm wrong) and these were the backs used for the first run of unlicensed Tengen games. It may be a bit hard to see from the picture, but instead of the back having the standard Tengen warning label, the warnings and Tengen seal of quality are etched on the back as part of the cart mold. While there are some small imperfections on the front label, the back is in great shape; I see two very light scratches in the glossy back while holding it up to the light.
