Wii Component Cables

Has anyone purchased the "no-name" Wii component cables? Are you able to tell the difference between the Official Nintendo brand cables and the cheaper knock offs?



The knock off cables are considerably cheaper... I'd rather not fork over more money than I have to...

    I bought the cheap knockoffs from ebay, I have my Wii set for widescreen unfortunatly the TV still detects the signal as 4:3 even on widescreen compatible games. I assume its the cables however I have never tried the official cables to find out otherwise.
