Mine is a Sega Model 1 (no TMSS), Sega CD model 1 with headphone jack connected for stereo, 32x, and its own power strip. It is a massive blob of wires yet makes it so impressive and beautiful.
Oh come now , how could no one's favorite configuration by SEGA's 16-bit awesomeness not be one of these:
Oh yeah, the Teradrive! How dare I forget about it?
Very cool. A built-in Mega-CD would have been a lovely addition though. I've never seen that thing at the top left... If I had to guess, I'd say 'Japanese release?'... Obviously Looks amazing. Mega Drive's should be built into everything. How about a Mega Drive built into a Delorean. If you're going to build a Mega Drive into a car, why not do it with style?
I am partial to the model 1 gen/model 2 scd with the 32x since the model 1 units have the better quality video and sound (given certain units with the category of course) and most of the scd games I tested between the different scd hardware I owned seemed more compatible with the model 2 unit. But I would rarely play a 32x game, I dislike the mess, and the reliability of a model 2 SCD unit is not great... So for me and my experience I feel that the JVC X'Eye is the best option. Even though I'd like to be able to at least connect my power base convertor and play some Master System games. Oh well!

I prefer my SEGA systems be built into a whore:

Though, the LaserActive is very nice since it is a reliable front loader with both a MegaDrive and PCE with just a simple PAC swap.
