Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary Party At Nintendo World
Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone from Nintendo Age hit up the Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary Celebration at Nintendo World. The event was a ton of fun, but the store was way to packed. I thought some people here might be interested in the coverage I did of the event for a site I'm writing for.

If you guys have any questions be sure to shoot them my way. I'll answer to the best of my ability!

Awesome. I couldn't even get close to that area as the store was so packed. I'm sorry I had to write an article about him failing, my editors made me. I know it's hard to play under pressure. Also I have no idea if he had even played the game much leading up to the event which I know could be tough.
Yeah he was a bit disappointing about not being able to finish in the second run he did (he did like a 5:21 run in the store before Miyamoto arrived, which is also very "meh" he claimed).
That's too bad about Andrew Gardikis. He's the guy who has the 5:00 record time, and I've watched his video several times for reference. Lag is terrible for playing any video game, especially for attempting a speedrun of Super Mario Bros. But it must have been cool for him to meet Miyamoto though
Yeah that can put a damper on anything. I hate TVs that lag so much. So many people I know just tell me there is no lag on their TV's, but when I sit down on them I can tell. The average person just can't tell but it drives me insane.
It seems like playing SMB is the game where lag is most noticeable.
