how come i never knew about sweet home?

i read a few weeks ago about this game but finally got around to playing three days ago and i can not stop. i was playing so carefully second guessing every item or team switch i made then just an hour ago i got my vacuum cleaner killed and got my key girl stranded in one stupid move. i have never found a game that i was upset to see someone die in let alone an nes game with such a bloody cut scene. i usually hate turn based rpg's but having the element of death like this has made me over look it. i have never felt so uneasy, frustrated, and a little scared while playing a game. if you haven't played this yet start now
i'm done now thank you

  • I have yet to give this a try out, but have heard multiple good reviews on it.
  • I have also heard a number of good things about this and it will have to be my next repro purchase.
  • I have the translation on my powerpak but I want to wait to really play it as my repro is coming. I also ordered a clear red retrousb case for it and made sure to get an extra label. I'm looking forward to it. From what I've played its awesome!

I felt the same as you when i came across it. i think it might have been a secret.

Here was my thread post from a week or so ago.

  • I love this game! It's a little screwy til you get used to the controls but after you get used to everything, this is one badass quality game. No one ever talks about the music and it's pretty intense too, never mind that the design of the game is totally solid. It's a must own game, no question in my mind at all.
  • I've wanted to play this game for so long.
