Slot 1 Flash cart question.

Are there any slot 1 flash carts for the DSL that will play NES, Game Boy, or Genesis ROMs? What are some really cheap ones? I know I bought my brother in law one for $6, and it worked great for DS games. If they need a slot 2 adapter as well, what are some cheap ones?

The R4DS is down to like $15, and I know for a fact it plays NES ROMs.

This site has an R4 for $3.68, but I'm not sure if it is real or not, because some of the cards on the site say genuine, and some don't.
