Dissassembling a famicom cartridge

I'm about to disassemble a famicom cartridge. My previous attempts to do this have led to broken cartridge shell. Does anyone here know a good way to do this without breaking the tabs?

I was under the impression they're sealed to stay.

There's a trick to it, if I remember correctly, when you pry it apart, on the sides there are tabs inside the crack that you have to push in with a paperclip or pin.
