Karnov and Ninja Gaiden 3 are great to play while smashed. I love doing A Nightmare on Elm Street too. Whenever my buddy Joe comes back home, we sit down and run through Contra.

I've always enjoyed playing RPG's while lit. I seem to get into it a little more. Ring King and Dodgeball are fun with two drunk guys playing.
How about this: have you ever been stuck at a certain part of a game for a long time, and then one day after smokin some bud, you sit down and breeze through it like you've beaten it a million times before?
The absolute best NES games to play while drunk are Tetris and Q-bert... Q-bert is extremely funny when you're really drunk because you will end up jumping backwards off the map a few times as your first move. I also played Castlevania 3 while drunk, that was a challenge.
I love the drunk playin too, but I think Sega is better for that. Something about the vivid color palette and punchier music make it more of an experience. The best, of course, is Toejam and Earl, Sonic games are mighty fun too.
For drunken NES, it's all about Little Ninja Bros, Mario 2, Rad Racer, Karnov... but the ultimate, as mentioned above, is Drunk-Out. I've never liked that game and didn't have any intention for it, but the first time I sat down, did well and enjoyed it was playing it while drunk. Good stuff.
Martial Combat 2 - This game makes you look like a complete retard. You pretty much need alcohol just to want to play it. A Youtube search will explain everything.

Oh and something I always say: I don't like Cocaine, just the smell of it...
When I am under the influence Super Mario Galaxy 2. nothing to complex, FPS get dull quickly s u loose track of what your doing if ur in a map for to long. something w a lot of color changes dark or bright colors if u know what i mean. make your experience intense especially when u got a large hdtv n a surround sound to engulf yourself into or melt. lol
