Free Or Discounted Wii Points

This has probably been brought up many times before, but I am not on here too often.  Is there anywhere or any way you can get free or cheap Wii points to download games etc?  My Wii is completely legit, and I plan on keeping it that way, but I would like to download a few VC games and I am wondering if there is any cheaper way to do it.

    Pats1717 usually has Wii points cards cheaper than retail.

    There are websites that you can do surveys for, that if saved up enough, you can get the Wii Points off their store with the points you gathered from doing surveys.
