Honestly, you learn pretty quick as a girl on forums or irc, or anywhere online that it's an outlet for guys to hit on you. It doesn't bother me all that much, I never really understood how women could get upset over it. I enjoy flattery. I won't be egotistical or nasty about it, but I'm confident that I'm beautiful. I'm also smart, motivated, and enjoy many things my gender ignores.
