Yeah, that's Bandai. I don't know the details but most FRA and HOL games AFAIK have the Bandai logo (at least the titles published by Nintendo themselves), they probably distributed the games in the Benelux + France region similar to how Mattel distributed them in Italy/Canada etc. Correct me if I'm wrong tho
you can see it on the second pic on the left the bandai so speedy nes is right so this is very hard to have a üal sealed becouse the pal doesnt have the plastick seal only the nintendo seal
