  • SMW, TMNT IV, DKC stand out in my memories... They remind me of when I had to stay at the hospital with my brother for days to weeks at a time and the hospital had mobile TV's with SNES's. SMB2 and 3 as well as Double Dragon and Excite Bike remind me of being a child at my grandparents house and sitting in front of the TV. My grandfather would call me "Miss. Mario" because all I'd play was SMB3. lol

Other games I have fond memories of is LoZ: OoT, Goldeneye, Final Fantasy 7, Crash Bandicoot, and Gex... There are many more but I'm having a massive brain fart right now. Those are the big ones though.
  • Heh.  So many choices...such a love/hate relationship with games in general.

I grew up on the old Apple II and Atari 2600 when I was all but 4 years old.  I used to be a pro at Combat and Robotron: 2024.  I showed up my old man at his own games.  Then I got to upgrade and played the NES and the first game I ever played was Castlevania.  Hell yeah.  I got to Death for the first time and kicked his can without double or triple shots and no holy water, just one hit left and my whip alone.  BAM! Pwned.

Castlevania was my favorite game ever and it still is.  (Surprise!)  I loved playing other RPG's like Final Fantasy, though I forgot to equip any weapons or armor was grinding like a madman at Level 53.   ( My knight was doing 3,000 DMG unarmed with 8 Hits.) I could've kicked Chaos can so bad, but I was serious noob at that game during that time.  I was full of glee as I showed my mother my beastly ways.

The games I mostly have the fondest memories of are Tales of the Abyss, the entire Castlevania franchise, Legend of Zelda (Yep, those ones too in their own twisted way.), and there's so many game I love and great memories of playing that I really can't list them.  "Tales", Dragon Warrior/Quest, LoZ, Castlevania, and other total non-mainstream games I can't even think of right now.
