Really quick question about auctions
I want to run a NA auction for some game manuals and NES-related paperwork, but I want to know the following:
1: I can choose how long the auction can be, right? I want to run it for five days.
2: Can I specify the shipping costs? I ask because I have a lot of problems on eBay because buyers want me to use Media Mail, and I can't because my postmaster is a dick and won't let anyone use it. So I have to go with Parcel or Priority. I'd make sure the auction makes a mention of this, of course.
3: If the auction winner has higher feedback than me, do I have to send first?
Thanks!

2. Yes, as long as you're upfront about them.
3. No. You have high enough feedback that the winner should pay first.
Also, can I consolidate auctions into one single thread? Like say, I have three SNES games up for auction and people can bid on the one they want instead of all of 'em.
1 - As many as you want until Paul gets pissed.
2 - yes. I'll see if I can find an example.

Another quick question - how many auctions are we allowed to have running at the same time? I don't want to flood the forum with five or six at the same time.

Yeah, I've seen this before. You just label them. Then, the person bidding has to reply with something like "$15 on Auction 1" or whatever.

** Edit to add: Guess I should have read MRN's response where he answered this exact question

ShhhhhhhhhhhhhhhMACK!
And uh, who's Paul?
Thanks folks. I'm going to list two separate auction threads, one for manuals and another for games, and wanted to make sure this was allowed.
And uh, who's Paul?
Me, he was joking.
Typically we like for users to keep auctions to 3 or 4 threads at a time max.
Thanks
Good luck with the auctions. Selling off more stuff from your epic flea market finds?
Not good enough. This is Paul:

At least you could have posted the pic with the captions.

... no comment. Other than the fact that you're from Tennessee. I have family there, in the Lenoir City area - neat place, even if everyone's ... too... polite.
Anyway, I'm going to list a ton of manuals in a lot, and a few boxed / loose games. It's nothing very valuable but I don't want to deal with eBay, and I'd rather have them go to people who may actually need them for their collections. I'm trying to raise some additional cash because of an issue I'm having with a buyer... and need the extra breathing room just in case I have to deal with a PayPal "investigation".
I'll list the stuff later tonight or tomorrow.
