Shadow Hearts 1 and 2 are not super-rare, but they are in demand. 1 was released three days before FF X so the sales weren't that great. Great RPGs to play too.
Almost all Working Designs releases are worth a bunch. The huge Growlanser box is really cool and something definitely to look for.

At least in fantasy gamestop pricing land Pikmin 2 is a $40 game still and Twilight Princess is $35. But also if you get away from the slimy underdealings of ePay where they think Cubivore is like some $50 game and Skies of Arcadia is $25-35 or whatever, elsewhere including gamestop it's like $15+/-. It all really depends where you look.
Keep an eye out for Ninja Five-0 for the GBA. I've never seen one in 2 years of looking. Goes for $40+ loose on ebay. I just picked up a CB Pikmin2 for $4 at a thrift.

yup i got one of those at work for 5.95....flipped for 50 in a couple of days on ebay. First time i ever looked for it and found one.
I guess it has gone up as some years ago I got one at a fairly cheap retail price (20 or less) and I know I turned it for $30 or so which was good as it really wasn't that good to me. If it's getting $50 now though I wish I had it.

As far as GameCube goes, I think Ikaruga, Twin Snakes and Pikmin 2 fetch pretty high prices still.
I think the value on Ico is gonna crash and burn with the release of it on PS3. Pretty much all the RPGs are gonna hold their value.
ICO has already crashed. It's already down to $20 from $50 several months ago. I was pumped because our gamestop had 3 copies during that sale and when I looked them up, I was disappointed.
I'd rather find the most expensive common games than the rarest games most of the time.. I'm always on the lookout for some flippable cheap FF7's I want to find the ps2 equivalent of that.
Seeing as these games will only be on the shelves for another year, or until they get rid of all of them, I figured I'd put together a spreadsheet for everyone's searching convenience! It's the best in my opinion when your in the store and you have a list of the games you're looking for right on your PDA or smartphone. This is by no means a complete list, it actually only contains most of the suggestions you guys listed here and a few games I know that go for a decent amount of money. I didn't really list anything that sells for less than $15. As long as you guys keep posting games and as long as I keep on the lookout I will keep updating the list!

Wish I found this a little sooner though, I bought about $150 worth of NES, SNES, and N64 resale at a garage sale last weekend and the guy had a ton of PS2 games - I just had no idea on the big guns to look out for.

Rule of Rose is a harder to find survival horror title, it's seems to sell for $30-40 on Ebay.
