All those are worth a good chunk
PS2 Xenosage III Balders Gate 2 Metal Gear Solid 3 Limited Edition Ico Most dot hack games Suikoden V Silent Hill 3 Fatal Frame 1 and 3
Not super rare games on some but all those are worth a decent amount of money, and you can make some serious money if you get them cheap
There's been reprints on the Fatal Frames so they're not as good as they used to be. Though in my experience stuff like Devil Summoner 1, Shadow Hearts 1, minty Xenosaga 3 and Tales of the Abyss all make excellent flippers.

The hardest gamecube game to find is the Wind Waker/Metroid prime bundle. They rarely pop up, and when they do, they sell for around $75+.
Ding, this is rarest Gamecube game in my experience as well. I would sell the one out of my collection if anyone is interested... shoot a PM.
I doubt you'd find Road Trip for Gamecube or GBA in the wild easily despite their ebay prices.
