Sega CD issue
So this morning I received both Snatcher and Sonic CD in the mail, and everything played great.
I then decided to pop a CD into my Sega CD and try it out for a minute, also worked great. Now however whenever I try to play either Snatcher or Sonic CD again they boot up to the game menu, I press any button and I get a message:
Return to control screen.
Initialize at option screen.
-Press start button-
When I push the start button it brings me to the CD screen where I can listen to the game music, so I select the "CD ROM" option, game boots back up, and brings me right back to the same screen.
Is there an option I changed by accident thats making it do this?
Please help!

Restart your system. Instead of pushing 'start' at the initialization screen (which typically has a picture of Sonic and says 'press Start'), push the 'A' button on your controller. This will bring up the menu, which is the same menu you get if you put a music CD in your SegaCD instead of a game CD. There are options on the right side of the screen, the second from the top being 'memory'. I never knew what that did until now. You can select that option and then you will get another screen of options. From here, you can reformat your memory, copy items from memory, etc. You can try to copy files for games you've played now onto a SegaCD RAM cartridge, but in all likelihood, if you are getting that black screen of death, your saves are gone anyway. Sorry to be the one to tell you. Reformat the memory. It only takes a jiff. Now restart your system with your game and press start and see if you get that annoying black screen again....**I'm not sure, but I think it has something to do, with the amount of space allotted for saving, and/or the RAM cart if you have one.
Thanks dude!
