I've got some Nintendo Power magazines on the way so I'll fill 'er up once I get them and take some more pics. Also, if this display did have model number, where would you guys think it would be? Marios feet are attached by a single screw and I was thinking there might be something printed around that area...any ideas?
And just a little more info that I found on it. There is actually a mock up image of this display in the 1994 Nintendo Merchandising Source Book. The model number listed for it is NES M25NP. It's also listed as "New" and according to the order sheet it was going to begin shipping in March of 1994.
Cool info Pat! I'm surprised that this display was produced that late! Its towards the tail end of the "World of Nintendo" era. I doubt there's a printed part number on this thing, lots of the bigger displays don't list one.
Also, be very careful loading it up with magazines! It doesn't look like the racks are held on very tightly. You don't want the weight of the magazines to rip the brackets off the thing! I recommend loading it up for pictures, but storing it empty.
