Killer Instinct Snes

So I picked up Killer Instinct again a few days ago and have been working on getting back to the level I used to play at. After working at it for a few days I worked my way up to the hardest setting for single player and I keep getting stuck fighting Thunder near the end of the list. I don't know what it is but for the life of me I can't seem to get past him when he is that high up on the list. He just keeps ripping me to pieces; the closest I have got him was to his danger bar :S

Anyone else out there play much KI? Have any guys you just really don't like to play against?

I havent played in a while but Spinal used to wipe the floor with me when I was younger, I remember throwing a few controllers in anger from those matches. Good luck to you sir.

Yeah Spinal is a tough little bastard. Love using him against other players though, just spamming the shield bash over and over again. And Cinder, my cousins and I had a rule that you couldn't use his ability where he turns into a fireball and slams into you or you'd have to lose the match.
