My First N64 Buy

So up until now i've been sticking to NES but i saw an auction on ebay that looked too good to pass up.  I used the BIN and paid $42 shipped.  I got 

A normal black n64 system with ac adapter and tv hook-ups
a black controller
a grey controller
Zelda occarina of time, 
Mario 64, 
Battletanx, 
Wipe out 64, 
Turok dinosaur hunter, and 
Mario golf

The system and games look in pretty good condition.  Looks like an ok buy to me.

    Not bad. Good selection of games: if Zelda and Mario 64 hadn't been in there it wouldn't have been worth it. But for your own use you made out perfectly fine I'd say!

    yeah before i pulled the trigger i did double check the games and if zelda and mario weren't there i probably wouldn't have bought it, but I have been on a mini zelda kick lately.

    You should look around for Perfect Dark or Goldeneye, great games, especially when you have a few friends over. Perfect Dark is dirt cheap, you can even find sealed copies for under $10 if I remember correctly. I played the shit out of that game as a kid.

    Nice. Recently I was able to get a CIB N64 with two controllers and a couple games including CIB Super Mario 64 for about 34 dollars on eBay (not including shipping). I've been having a blast playing mario- it's such a solid platforming experience. Also, I'll second picking up Perfect Dark. I loved it when I was younger. The controls take a bit to get used to now, but it's still fun.
