PDXSonic's latest finds
I have managed to find through the years some decent stuff, so I'd figure I'd show off what I've found recently, and maybe (more like hopefully) keep track of it here on NA.
My most recent grabs (which I managed to not take pictures of) were a PC copy of Metal Gear Soild (Jewel Case only) for $2, and a prototype Xbox 1 (which was made 2 years after it came out) for $15. Both were found along with some misc Dreamcast stuff at a Salvation Army family store when I was up in Seattle.
My greatest find so far in my short time searching Goodwills/Thrift Stores etc is this however... I found all these games in box (most complete but in rough shape) for a grand total of $65 (5 each).
Dragon Warrior 1-4
Chrono Trigger
Secret of Mana
Lufia
Starfox
Paladin's Quest
Ogre Battle
FFII
and Back to the Future (NES)

So far I have parted ways with most of these games, but it has allowed me (among many other things) to add to my Dreamcast collection (including a sealed Giga Wing 2, which is at the top of my collection so far).
Looks like someone got rid of an awesome RPG collection.. and Back the Fututre (lol).
Safe to say, I was freaking ecstatic! Although since my current focus is on the Dreamcast I have since traded away most of the games for considerably more than $65.
I also hope you don't decide you want to start collecting SNES, cuz... you're not gonna want to buy Chrono or Mana for more than $5 CIB >.<
@Danny, The sealed Giga Wing 2 looks nice on the new bookshelf I bought.
Woot, a literal Goodwill Bargain bin find. These games are FS/FT, the Forza 2 License plate however is not.
Dude, do you get most of these items form Goodwill's, or other local thrift stores? I work out in Woodburn, right behind the GW there, they price their SNES games at $7.99. Games like Mario go for $14.99. I live in Salem, they post their 64 systems for 30-40 each. Redic.
However, the TurboGrafx case/games came from Game Trader up in Beaverton so I paid a lot closer to market value on this stuff.
