Homebrew GBA cart off ebay

Blast Arena Advance was a homebrew GBA game made in 2007 by Matthew Carr. Less than 200 were made. I spotted a bin/auction on ebay for one. Since the bin price was only a few dollars more than it was originally sold for, and who knows how long until one would be sold again, I took it. Seller was nice enough to send one of those DS cases along with it.

  • Thats cool. Does ebay allow homebrew sales? I never see any, except Beggar Prince which is kinda low key and looks original. I remember reading you cant sell prototypes on their, but every once in awhile you see a "proto". Can anyone shed some light on their policies?
  • The reason ebay pulls protos is because they may be the property of whichever company they belonged to, and an individual has questionable right to sell them.

Don't see why homebrew stuff would be pulled though...
  • You see homebrew stuff from time to time. you don't see a ton because...well, there's not a lot of them made. When Battle Kid first came out, it was being flipped on ebay. You still see Pier Solar and atari homebrew on there.

I would have paid $15 bucks for it too
