Only under the conditions that we bring Darksol back, sticky every VGA-bashing thread, and ban Robin for suggesting such absurdity will I accept this.
But seriously, I think the forums out there dedicated just to sealed would suffice for the sealed collector if the discussion that already happens here doesn't. I don't really see how it would enhance the discussion in any way anyhow.
I agree with above that we have enough categories as is. If we add a sealed category, we could add a hardware category, merchandise category etc, and it would just be too much.

they are all PAL nuts.... cmon guys would it really hurt?
I voted yes. I'm pretty intrigued by the whole "sealed" world of video game collecting. If I was loaded, I would be a sealed collector. It would be cool to have designated area for it. If it does go through, can we make one of the rules everyone has to talk in a heavy British accent?
No, it's just too specific and most people don't/won't ever collect sealed.
You mean like prototypes/homebrews/insert-subculture-specific-item-here
Many people are into homebrews and everyone likes to see all the prototype stuff they used to make games and such. Sealed games though, is such a small group of people that care/try for it that it wouldn't make a good subcategory. Just my opinion, but I don't think it'd be worth the front page clutter. If we include a category for everything, next thing is the site will be like AtariAges forum index, heh.

I wouldn't be surprised if there were maybe 10 "regulars" that posted in each of those categories.
I love them, and I think they're great, but you would be incorrect to assume that "everyone likes to see" it.
I'm sure just as many people get a nostalgia boost looking at a sleek sealed copy of a game they remember opening on their birthday.
Don't think there would be enough of a following to make it on the main page. I am not a fan of sub-forums...but if they did happen, it could just roll in Collectors Corner. After all, that is what sealed games are for anyway...Collecting...
The last time we added a sub-forum was for Protoculture and it really hasn't seen much traffic. I think segregating the categories too much is a bad thing and results in a bunch of "ghost town" categories. I think it also confuses the user -- I like to have things simple.

We could always merge Protoculture and the Brewery section together since they are sort of related. ~~NGD

I personally don't think a separate category is necessary

Exactly what came to mind. But apparently Robin is a rabid region-racist.

Makes sense to me.
