  • interesting
  • looks like Contra on a Capcom sticker. weird.
  • That is odd... how much did you pay for this, if you don't mind me asking?
  • It's code name viper with a contra over the title

  • I am not sure about that cart but I am sure where I am going to go look this afternoon.
  • ^^this, and poorly made as well

Paul might be interested in that one

    Edit:add note for Paul
  • I'm confused. When you put this in an NES does it play Contra or Code Name Viper?
  • I just noticed your name... (jimmy woods)

  • that's a strange one. do game x-changes still exist around the country?
  • Yes, I hit 7 of them I had never been to before in the last 2 days.
  • nice there used to be one about five years ago by my parents house, even when n64 was out they were always really fair on snes and nes prices. it bothered me they would never sell boxes but i got some good stuff from them before they went out of business around here.
  • Probably a contra pcb in a code name shell.
  • ^at least they picked a well suited donor label.
  • Gotta love the crayola-looking side stickers.
  • Oh come on... that's not Crayola.

    That's Sharpie on a Post-It Note.
  • Ah... They do look like sticky note and sharpie! lol

But I meant the sides... they remind me of this:

  • Been out of town.

Here's my guess. This was a rental version of Contra, someone broke the case for the game, so they took a crappy game, threw away the board for it (Stryder), then used the case from that to house the Contra board.

When you put it in, it's Contra. I just liked the attention to detail when recreating the title of the game.
