UPDATE! Got a call from a friend at PnT
So we ran into the store to see the 63 NES games he just took in for trade...
All were commons that I already had except for this guy.
Found him at the bottom of the pile...
In case you can't read the price tag...it Says$7.99, but that is not what I paid.
After my discount it was $5.75 plus tax.
I would say it was worth the 6 mile trip to the store on a Sunday night...

nice grab! I too was fortunate enough to score DT2 on the cheap as well. My buddy at PnT calls me every time they get any retro traded in. Im only about 2-3 miles away too. Good to have friends!

Much better than what I payed for this game back in 2002, got mine when I had it for $14.99, and I thought that was a deal. So I take it whoever sold that copy in the store you bought your's from doesn't keep up with the value of games nowadays.
Anyway...the reason I went back was for this...
Thought is was going to be something super rare...but isn't. Just a PALexclusive version. Good thing I only paid 2.59 for it. It was listed as the NTSC Ghostbusters 2 in the system. Don't think Corporate gives a damn about PAL so there was no skew for it...Still a really nice label...

That's New Ghostbusters II, an entirely different game from Ghostbusters II and it's a PAL exclusive.

Nice find, I hate the Tacoma store imo. The 5 for 10 deal blows down there since they refuse to honor it on Retro games. The Kirkland store does it and both are owned by the same guy. Oh well atleast I got the Kirkland store under wraps I clean it out weekly!
That is weird since Rob GM's them both. He is the one "running" the stores. Jay is just the owner. I will admit the store has gone down hill since Donna sold it. Oh, and since I stopped working there...
Went in tonight and of course they were all commons I did not need...dissapointed I saw this sitting on the counter...
Asked him how much he took it in for, come to find out the guy gave it to the store...and the store gave it to me. I remember seeing a thread about it, so now it is time to go do some research...
I do know it is really early since it has a Stadium Events review and some other "upcoming games" that never released.
Time to do some research....
