it has been bugging me for some time now and i cant find it on the internet. what was this controller made for (game) or was it just another accessory for the system.
Quick Shot controller. QS-126 to the best of my knowleadge its just another type of controller for game play and was not made for any game inparticular.
This wasn't made for a specific game from what I can tell (mine is sealed). It's just an oddball controller that's difficult to use, IMO. Here's a pic of mine:
